Services Offered
UI Designs and Icons: Custom designs based on your requirements.
Scripting: Custom Systems based on your requirements.
Long-Term Support: Ongoing support and updates via subscription.
Subscription Services
Subscriptions for long-term support are paid via PayPal.
Subscriptions are not automated—contact me to renew.
Long-term support includes (list details, e.g., updates, maintenance).
Payment Terms
50% upfront payment is required for individual projects to start.
The remaining 50% payment is due when 50% of the work is completed.
Payments are accepted in USD only via PayPal using the “Friends and Family” option to avoid additional fees.
Clients must also cover any applicable taxes or fees associated with the payment.
For released games, payments are contingent on their success and proper organization, as outlined in the agreement.
Refund Policy
Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available.
After Work Begins: Partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed.
No Refunds: Once the project is completed or deliverables are provided.
Revisions and Scope of Work
Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the agreement.
Additional changes or revisions beyond the original scope may incur extra fees.
Significant scope changes will require a new agreement.
Timelines and Delays
I am committed to meeting deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
Your inaction or unresponsiveness.
Additional requests outside the original scope.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables will be transferred to you once full payment is received.
I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Liability
My liability is limited to the amount you have paid for my services.
I am not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.
